OUR IMPACT
TRANSFORMING THE FUTURE FOR OUR ISRAELI-ETHIOPIAN YOUTH
PRODUCING IMPRESSIVE YOUNG LEADERS WITH A BRIGHT FUTURE
The Leaders of the Future Youth Program, now in operation for over a decade currently serves 211 5th-12th grade students. The program expanded its reach over the years and has experienced marked success, with a 100% university-eligible matriculation rate and a 100% rate of conscription to the IDF or National Service (including officers, as well as soldiers in elite units such as Intelligence Corps Unit 8200 and the Paratroopers). Our 150 youth program graduates are currently serving in the military/national service or are pursing higher education. All youth program graduates are supported by the Admas Higher Education Program.
Our Admas Higher Education Program, founded in 2015 has also made great advancements and is currently supporting 125 students across more than 5 different universities including the Technion, Ben Gurion, Hebrew and Tel Aviv University. Our 35 Admas program graduates have all found employment in the High Tech Industry.
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Leaders of the Future has a strong presence throughout the Israeli-Ethiopian community and is known as a credible organization with the community’s best interest at heart. Community involvement efforts are led with the purpose of advancing the Israeli-Ethiopian community through activities that support the development of leadership and activism in order to promote positive change for the community, socially and economically. ​
From the moment I joined the program my entire way of thinking changed, I realized that there are people out there that care about my future and are willing to invest in it so there is no reason why I shouldn’t do the same.
I would strongly recommend joining the program because beyond the help in achieving academic aspirations and success, the program provides an
attentive ear, support and help in
every area, a second family and a place to meet friends for life.

Today, after being in the program for some time, I allow myself to dream and fly with those dreams. Leaders of the future has really elevated my confidence and allowed me to
dream big. Since starting the program, I have made many good friends and achieved so much, both academically and socially.
